Software Developer

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development and a passion for creating innovative solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications.

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using technologies such as Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, PHP, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.
  • Create and manage REST APIs for mobile and web applications.
  • Work on the development and maintenance of admin panels, customer portals, and service provider applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, certificate creation, validation, and API integration.
  • Manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and version control systems like Git.
  • Provide support for production issues, including bug fixing, vulnerability fixes, and database optimizations.
  • Deploy immediate updates and fixes as required.
  • Emerging technologies/industry trends watch and apply them when relevant.
  • Ensure all these activities must be handled in full compliance with the IT General Compliance rules and SOX rules that are applied in our company.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree
  • Over 2-4 years of experience in web application development and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, HTML, CSS, and Ajax
  • Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • Experience with web servers like Apache and Nginx
  • Familiarity with development tools such as PyCharm, VS Code, Gitbash, Postman, and Sublime
  • Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and MVC architecture
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with the software development life cycle
