UAE Corporate Tax Compliance Specialist

Are you a seasoned Chartered Accountant looking to take on a challenging role in corporate tax compliance? As an Assistant Vice President, you will lead the way in managing UAE-based client operations.
Job Description- You will be responsible for overseeing monthly and annual UAE corporate tax computations for multiple entities.
- Reviewing tax workings and ensuring reconciliation with financial statements is also part of your duties.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE Corporate Tax law, including DTAA provisions and international transaction treatment, requires strong technical knowledge.
- Handling computation of Deferred Tax Assets (DTA) and Deferred Tax Liabilities (DTL) as per IFRS/GAAP is another key responsibility.
- Manage monthly and annual UAE corporate tax computations for multiple entities.
- Review tax workings and ensure reconciliation with financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax law, including DTAA provisions and international transaction treatment.
- Handle computation of Deferred Tax Assets (DTA) and Deferred Tax Liabilities (DTL) as per IFRS/GAAP.
- We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax.
- Strong experience in tax compliance, preferably including UAE Corporate Tax, is essential.
- A background in Big 4 / Tier-1 consulting firms is preferred but not necessary.
- Solid understanding of tax compliances, DTAA provisions, deferred tax computation, and IFRS/GAAP for tax accounting is required.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary for this role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, processes, and deadlines effectively is also a must.
