Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Technical Documentation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining content standards, document formats, and technical documentation for our cloud architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and OCI. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain content standards and document formats for our cloud architecture
  • Ensure that all documentation guidelines are clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
  • Understand and provide content standards and formats that demonstrate how our solutions adhere to security protocols and access controls
  • Assist team members in resolving issues, which may involve technical troubleshooting or providing guidance on procedural matters
  • Build and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or another equivalent applicable STEM field
  • Technical proficiency in DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence Markdown, Sphinx, or MkDocs, and version control systems like Git
  • Exceptional ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
