Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering

This pivotal leadership position drives efficiency, optimization, and service delivery for a significant portion of our organization. It involves championing service excellence, upholding platform stability, security, and resilience while enabling clients and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end operating model ownership within the organization.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of accountability and escalation for technology service provisioning.
  • Ensure execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.
  • Drive adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with focus on compute and storage technologies.
  • 10+ years of experience in banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation and Telemetry/AI Ops.

Preferrable Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in driving transformational improvements in infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and sustaining a diverse workforce.
