Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML product development leader to oversee the design and delivery of full-stack enterprise-grade AI-led SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI/ML, software architecture, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pioneer AI/ML research and prototyping to drive innovation in product development.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend, frontend, and mobile developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Create an environment of engineering excellence, innovation, and high accountability within the team.
  • Align development efforts with business objectives, delivery timelines, and long-term architecture goals.

Technical Ownership:

  • Provide architectural direction and oversee high-level design decisions to ensure scalability and security.
  • Review and guide code quality, performance, and security standards to maintain best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to shape the product roadmap and translate business needs into modular features.
  • Lead initiatives to build SaaS-ready AI architecture with multi-tenancy, usage metering, and integration APIs.
  • Work closely with product owners, UX teams, and QA to plan, estimate, and deliver product features.

Hands-On Contribution:

  • Participate in key coding tasks, AI/ML POCs, and architectural refactoring to stay hands-on and up-to-date with technical developments.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues in backend and frontend layers to ensure seamless product delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Java (12+ years), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs.
  • Microservices architecture and integration patterns.
  • SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP.

Preferred Experience:

  • Domain experience in Spend Management.
  • Familiarity with ISO/PCI/DPIA-compliant architecture.
