Job Title: Lead Infrastructure Engineer

">About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT leader to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining large-scale infrastructure systems, with a focus on AWS cloud technologies.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to customers regardless of product stack used;
  • Drive technical discussions and meetings for key deliverables;
  • Identify inefficiencies and develop automated solutions to reduce effort;
  • Troubleshoot complex issues for listed technologies;
  • Manage and maintain large-scale infrastructure systems on AWS;
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and pipeline using GitHub actions;
  • Expertise in Python programming language;
  • Familiarity with file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct;
  • Awareness of end-to-end data transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancers and firewalls;
  • Patch/upgrade management for FTP software's to latest/required level;
  • Coordinate operating system & database maintenance activities;
  • Certificate Management involving Certificate Signing Request generation, certificate issuing, implementation and validation;
  • On-call support for critical issues;
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines;
  • Disaster Recovery;
  • Audit requirements coordination and fulfillment;
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering;
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams;
  • Experience with AWS Cloud;
  • Hands-on experience with MFT tools or GoAnywhere;
  • Expertise in Python programming language;
  • Familiarity with file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct;
