Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable cloud-based storage systems. This role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining highly available infrastructure systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and maintain distributed storage systems including Ceph, ZFS and NFS for use across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to storage, networking and container orchestration systems.
  • Implement monitoring, logging and alerting for infrastructure using tools like Prometheus.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and infrastructure reliability.
  • Document architectural decisions, standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Ceph, ZFS and NFS storage technologies, as well as knowledge of Kubernetes internals, networking and cluster lifecycle management. Experience with container runtimes, Helm and cloud providers is also desirable.
