Content Developer Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling headings, titles, and captions for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging and SEO-friendly captions and descriptions for YouTube content
  • Develop impactful promotional posts for NGOs across social media platforms
  • Write captivating captions, hashtags, and taglines for social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide creative briefs and content ideas for graphics
  • Research trends to ensure content relevance and audience engagement

Requirements:

  • Strong command over English and Hindi (a plus)
  • Creative writing and trending content sense
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva and Photoshop (optional but preferred)
  • Knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategy for YouTube and social media

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in content writing and social media management
  • Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome
Work Environment:

The work environment is full-time, with a standard day shift schedule. Performance bonuses are offered as supplemental pay.
