Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead transitions and projects in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end transitions, creating transition plans, and maintaining documentation to capture process performance and success criteria.

They will also provide transparency and visibility to senior leadership on the transition journey, highlighting risks and issues timely.

Additionally, they will follow our transition methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines, and quality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing transition opportunities to create new roles and service offerings
  • Accountability for transitions and projects end-to-end
  • Exhibiting strong project and process management skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a graduation or post-graduation degree, preferably with a PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

They should possess 10-15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations and other transitions, program management, and change management.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills are essential.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures
  • MBA from a premier business school (desired)
  • Domain knowledge in the Insurance space (desired)
