Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced software testing professional to join our team. With a strong background in operational technology and information technology, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving improvements and mentoring team members.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
  • Hands-on functional testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials
  • Analyse and improve existing test automation strategies and processes
  • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing
  • Empower and enhance delivery from offshore ensure close coordination
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes
