We are seeking a detail-driven Financial Planning Specialist to join our team and support financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

About the Role:

This is a remote role that requires availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. We have openings for candidates with 3+ years of experience as well as those with 5+ years of experience who can take on a more advanced scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.

Data Management & Accuracy:

">
  • Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases for reporting.
  • Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding.
  • Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Process & Timeliness:

">
  • Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
  • Standardise reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis. Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests.
