Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve complaints efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, allowing for work-life balance.
  • Rotational days off, including Sundays, for relaxation and personal activities.
  • Occasional travel is required for business purposes.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using a laptop or desktop with Windows 10, 4GB RAM, and i3 processor.

Preferred Skills:

  • Customer service software proficiency.
  • Knowledge of tele sales and voice processes.
