We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve complaints efficiently.
About the Role:
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, allowing for work-life balance.
- Rotational days off, including Sundays, for relaxation and personal activities.
- Occasional travel is required for business purposes.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using a laptop or desktop with Windows 10, 4GB RAM, and i3 processor.
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service software proficiency.
- Knowledge of tele sales and voice processes.
