Job Title: SAP FICO Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for the SAP FICO module, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Offer on-demand assistance to global business teams, partners, and data center administrators, focusing on database administration, upgrades, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
  • Take ownership of escalated solution issues, guaranteeing prompt responses, efficient fixes, thorough testing, and follow-up until closure according to established processes.
  • Analyze release content and recommend optimal testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional and local support teams, as well as testing factories, to ensure proper release validation.
  • Evaluate, challenge, and validate recommendations and actions related to your area of expertise.
  • Maintain close ties with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders to resolve problems and drive enhancements.
  • Support deployments, encompassing scoping, design, localization, testing, go-live, and transition to advanced management.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of financial and controlling processes, leveraging SAP and functional expertise.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the SAP FICO module.
  • Around 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with complex projects, including core template design, build, validation, roll-out, and support, specifically in FI and CO areas.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Controlling submodules like CO-Product Costing and CO-Profitability Analysis, as well as CO-Profit Center Accounting.
  • Proven SAP functional configuration skills in General Ledger (FI-GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS), Profitability Analysis (PA), and New GL.
  • Experience with Financial Month-end Activity, Financial Closing Cockpit, Task template, Task list, and Intercompany Reconciliation process.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4H (1709/1809/1909) implementation or conversion projects, particularly Simple Finance/Central Finance exposure.
