Finance Control Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Control Consultant to provide functional solution design for SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FICO and hands-on experience in S/4 HANA implementations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Functional Solution Design: Design and implement SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules, including finance and controlling.
  • Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications and validate technical solutions.
  • End-to-End SDLC Process Management: Manage the end-to-end software development life cycle process, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • SAP FICO Functional Consulting: 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting.
  • S/4 HANA Expertise: Strong expertise in S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
  • End-to-End Implementation Projects: At least 1–2 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation projects.
  • Financial Processes: Deep understanding of financial processes and their integration with other SAP modules.
  • SDLC Processes: Strong knowledge of SDLC processes in SAP implementation and support environments.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication Skills: Ability to work closely with developers, test solutions, and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Excellent Client Interaction: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.
