Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing end-to-end manual testing of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing across web, API, and backend services.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with high quality.
- Use Postman and other testing tools for API testing.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data.
- Support testing across Azure, Kubernetes, and GCP cloud environments.
- Work with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Take ownership, commitment, and accountability for deliverables.
- Learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and project needs.
- Exposure to automation testing using BDD (Cucumber).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Manual testing expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic Java knowledge for understanding code and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation.
- Exposure to cloud platforms: Azure, Kubernetes, GCP.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.
- Experience with testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology and collaborative team environments.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality.
