Delivering high-quality exchange connectivity and system integration is a key aspect of this role. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering new venue connections, managing migrations, and ensuring trading systems meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations
  • Drive system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions
  • Optimize workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve overall operational efficiency
  • Participate in production support, release management, and ensure system reliability

To succeed in this role, you will need strong understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol, as well as proficiency in Linux environments. Experience with C++ or Python is a plus, and excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes is advantageous, and prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred.
