ServiceNow Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robust, secure, and scalable connections using ServiceNow's integration tools, APIs, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and scripted REST APIs. Additionally, they will have proficiency in REST & SOAP web services, JavaScript (Server-side & Client-side), and MID Server configuration and orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development of Integrations: Design and develop robust, secure, and scalable connections using ServiceNow's integration tools, APIs, and best practices.
  • Integration Maintenance: Maintain existing integrations, implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for reliable data exchange.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow developers, system administrators, and process owners to ensure seamless integration.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in the design of integration patterns and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years in integrations.
  • Skills: Strong expertise with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and scripted REST APIs.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in REST & SOAP web services, JavaScript (Server-side & Client-side), and MID Server configuration and orchestration.
