We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Center Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the center, manage staff, ensure the delivery of programs and services, and develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in managing operations and leading a team
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in managing and coordinating programs and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, or related field

A background in the NGO sector and experience working with people with disabilities is desirable but not essential.
