Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect or Technical Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the APAC or SEA market.

Job Responsibilities
  • IDentify Hyper Relevant Accounts that are most likely to buy Searce Product/Services & Become High Value Customers
  • Profile the Target Audience (Decision Makers, Champion & Influencers) - Research, Segment & Focus on Searce's Ideal buyer
  • Gain a deep understanding of Searce's products, services, and the industry we serve to effectively communicate our value proposition & build relationships
  • Create & Execute effective outbound Prospecting Cadences to engage with leads through multiple touchpoints, including phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Discover the Prospects' need, pain point or challenge they are trying to solve while understanding the Authority, Current Process, Tech stack etc.
  • Collaborate with Account Owners to ensure a smooth handoff of Qualified Meetings
  • Meet & Exceed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly BDR targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales & Practice to align sales efforts, share insights, provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates
Qualification
  • Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Interactive Media or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of prospecting outbound Leads
  • Experienced working in APAC or SEA market
  • Ability to Handle objections, Build and maintain strong, Long-lasting relationships with the Decision makers.
  • Experience working with tools like Zoominfo, LInkedIn & Sales Engagement Platform.
  • Experience in selling professional services (cloud,data & AI)
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
