Leading Data Insights Specialist

The ideal candidate will analyze data from various sources, prepare comprehensive reports, and conduct critical insight analyses related to campaigns and customer lifecycle activities and performances.
- Analyze data from various sources and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Create reports using reporting tools and conduct analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers.
- Produce reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle, such as KPIs and ROI.
Candidates with experience in telecommunications sector preferably related to customer lifecycle and Business Intelligence are preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include measuring campaign performance, building regular dashboards, and publishing performance summaries. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in English and ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements:- At least 5+ years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
- Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
