About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position for an experienced accounts professional. The role focuses on financial compliance and export operations.
- Financial Compliance
- Manage and ensure timely submissions of GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- Handle GST audits and stay updated with changes in GST laws.
- Export Documentation
- Prepare and maintain export documentation such as shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
- Financial Management
- Manage foreign inward remittances by clearing Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and ensure compliance with FOREX regulations.
- Reconcile accounts related to export sales and provide accurate reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial compliance and export documentation.
- Strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software (experience with other ERP systems is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in the automotive or export industry will be an added advantage.
