Financial Operations Role

The key objective of this position is to ensure the accurate processing and management of financial transactions. This will involve collaborating closely with various teams to achieve this goal.

  • Accurate invoicing of customers by working with the Sales Support and Sales teams to ensure timely and error-free execution.
  • Timely response to customer queries related to accounts and billing, providing them with clear and concise information.
  • Monitoring of Customer Deposits and Deferred Revenue to prevent any discrepancies or delays.
  • Monthly reconciliation of trade debtors and creditors, including debt collection to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Reconciling bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting the preparation of month-end closing journal entries and year-end financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 2-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with knowledge of Xero and other relevant accounting software.
