Job Overview

We seek a hands-on, strategic Amazon advertising expert to own and drive all aspects of Amazon advertising for our portfolio of products. This person will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve ambitious sales, growth, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across multiple product lines.
  • Driving advertising strategy to achieve sales growth, return on ad spend (ROAS), average cost of sale (ACOS), and total cost of acquisition (TACOS) goals while aligning with company-wide revenue targets.
  • Conducting daily performance checks, identifying risks/opportunities, and proactively adjusting campaigns to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Continuously recommending and refining keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitoring competitor activity, category trends, and Amazon marketplace changes to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Partnering with sales, product, and merchandising teams to integrate advertising insights into broader business strategies.
  • Staying on the cutting edge of Amazon Advertising Console, policies, and emerging tools.
  • Leveraging AI-driven tools and research to identify growth opportunities, streamline campaign management, and improve overall advertising efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns at scale.
  • Experience in managing advertising campaigns for similar product lines and ad budgets required.
  • Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console.
  • A strong track record of scaling campaigns profitably, improving ROAS, and controlling ACOS/TACOS.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
  • Ability to manage large-scale campaigns across thousands of SKUs with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment under tight deadlines.
