Our company is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in our organization and will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and uninterrupted production.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key spend categories, including raw materials, solvents, catalysts, packaging, and engineering supplies.
  • Monitor global and domestic chemical markets to anticipate pricing trends and availability.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Identify, assess, and develop suppliers (domestic and international). Lead negotiations and manage long-term agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in procurement contracts.
  • Cost Optimization & Budgeting: Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and process improvements.
  • Prepare and monitor procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
