As an expert in conversational AI testing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our platform. This is a remote position that requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and executing test scenarios, collaborating with product partners to deliver exceptional user experiences, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to avoid defects.
  • Ensure thorough test execution and coverage of critical integration points.
  • Lead initiatives of high complexity, risk, and visibility; handle multiple initiatives simultaneously; provide feedback on and suggestions for improving QA procedures.
  • Review and provide feedback on requirements, technical design, and specifications through collaborative sessions.
  • Responsible for test planning, including test plans, test data requirements, test scenarios, test cases, test results, test strategy, and test summary reports.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing.
  • Strong understanding of defect workflows and Agile methodologies.
  • Identify and document all defects and customer experience concerns.
  • Manage test artifacts and approval processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including creating test plans, test cases, tracking defects, and reporting status.
  • Experience testing omnichannel solutions, natural language processing, conversational AI, and cognitive technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with automated test tools, including Hammer On Demand and/or Hammer Call Master and Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Knowledge and experience testing healthcare-related software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with text-to-speech and speech-to-text technologies.
  • Familiarity with API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
  • Experience working in SAFe/Agile environments.
  • Understanding of project management tools like Rally.
  • Experience writing and executing IVR test cases.
