  • Recruitment Analytics: Track and report key hiring metrics, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in technical hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring.
  • Technology Savvy: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership Ability: Ability to handle multiple roles across functions and geographies.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and compliance related to hiring practices.
