Chief Quality Officer

The Quality Director plays a pivotal role in spearheading the company's quality assurance initiatives. This individual is responsible for overseeing the overall delivery of the quality department, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to set standards.
Key responsibilities include managing the quality assurance program, understanding the quality approach of various verticals and accounts, and initiating standardization drives and improvement projects. The incumbent must ensure clear visibility of performance parameters and critical KPIs, including quality audit, CSAT, AHT, NPS, repeat, FCR, sales, conversion, up/cross sell, TAT, cycle time, and accuracy levels.
This leader will guide the team to provide business intelligence to internal stakeholders and clients, while ensuring the hygiene and integrity of operations. The individual must adhere to transactional compliances and close-loop actions on integrity, compliance, and hygiene in a timely manner.
Additionally, the Quality Director will be responsible for assisting operations in optimizing quality-based rewards and penalties for accounts, maintaining client relationships through effective communication and commitment management, and mentoring and reviewing improvement projects.
Essential skills and qualifications include proficiency in Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Facilitator, process audits, BPM, SOP creation, and COPC RC certification. The ideal candidate will also possess cross-vertical and cross-location team management skills.
