Project Management Role\

A full-time on-site position is available for a skilled project manager at a global leader in mechatronics access control. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day software delivery operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with quality assurance and development teams to ensure product usability, reliability, and quality standards are met.\
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and customer services to align customer requirements with quality standards.\
  • Participate in client meetings to understand business requirements and contribute to project planning.\
  • Manage daily scrum calls, resolve impediments, and ensure overall project quality and timeline are met.\
  • Develop and implement automation tools using Selenium, JUnit, and scripting.\
  • Execute and monitor testing teams and development teams, identifying and resolving technical issues.\
  • Prepare client and internal reports, maintain quality manuals, and adhere to industry standards.\
  • Utilize JIRA and other project management tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.\
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, presenting complex technical information to customers and stakeholders.\
  • Work effectively in a changing environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.\
  • Experience working with multicultural teams and clients is highly valued.\
  • Hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or Electronics.\
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).\
  • Proficiency in test management and developing automation tools.\
