We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and regions within our organization.
This includes planning, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a great candidate experience. Your goal will be to attract top talent and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to post-offer management, including advertising job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent, including social media, employee referrals, job boards, and other channels.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Talent Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates to meet talent needs on time and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Strong Recruitment Knowledge: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including souring, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling job descriptions and engage with candidates.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
