We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop innovative AI solutions that drive business growth and excellence.

About the Role:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate business objectives into scalable ML solutions.
  • Build robust ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and core libraries such as scikit-learn and XGBoost.
  2. Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable ML solutions.
  3. Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature selection, and algorithmic improvements.
  4. Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and platforms such as MLflow and Kubeflow.
  • Experience with real-time inference systems and model serving architectures.
  • Knowledge of specialized domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, or recommendation systems.
