Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global services team. With over 7 years of experience in BPO operations, customer service, and people management, you will be responsible for finding solutions to disputes between individuals or groups through active listening and effective communication.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conflict Resolution: Use data insights to drive improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Delegation: Assign tasks while maintaining accountability for overall outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Optimizes business processes to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product/service quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinates with WFM on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  • Coaching/Mentoring: Guides and supports individuals/teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Team Engagement: Organizes activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Problem Solving: Breaks down simple problems, identifies potential solutions, and takes action to resolve them.
  • Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interprets data, communicates findings effectively, and establishes performance metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Effective Communication: Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding of unique needs.
  • Effective Presentations: Creates and delivers compelling presentations.
