**Business Transformation Consultant**

As a strategic business transformation consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying opportunities for AI-driven solutions and ensuring they deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. **Identify and Prioritize Business Opportunities**
  • Discover and prioritize business use cases that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
  1. **Gather Requirements & Translate**
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for AI teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  1. **Develop Business Case**
  • Build ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  1. **Monitor Performance**
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI projects.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  1. **Manage Stakeholders**
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  1. **Ethics and Governance**
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
