Business Development Team Manager

Role Overview:
The Telesales Team Leader is responsible for monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives, who are involved in converting potential leads into sales, thereby generating revenue for PARVATH INFOSOURCE PVT LTD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive productivity and monitor performance of the Telesales team, ensuring that hourly, daily, and monthly targets are met.
- Segregate and assign leads across the team, ensuring effective distribution of tasks.
- Analyze reports to enhance productivity and conversions, and provide insights to improve team performance.
- Achieve KPI and productivity targets, manage KRA, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Audit calls, identify training requirements, and provide feedback to improve individual and team efficiency.
- Manage absenteeism and attrition, and ensure that the team is adequately supervised.
Skill and Competencies Required:
- Process knowledge and people management skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret data, customer orientation, and language skills in English and regional languages.
- Telemarketing, selling skills, and advanced MS Excel and Word.
- Data analytics, people management, outbound sales, and call center metrics.
