About the Job
To manage vendor balances, optimize cash flow, facilitate payment transactions, ensure tax compliance, and explore opportunities for digital finance enablement to discharge financial commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Verification- Review invoices to ensure they match agreements, approvals, and purchase orders.
- Verify data entries in ERP systems and ensure accurate accounting.
- Monitor vendor invoices, collaborate with QA teams to release material according to SOPs, and verify invoice accuracy.
- Collaborate with treasury for timely payments.
- Prepare payment vouchers for Treasury on payment days.
- Review reports for delayed payments.
- Ensure complete accounts reconciliations with vendors as per Company Policy.
- Validate differences in accounts.
- Follow up and account for issues promptly.
- Monitor reports sent to internal and external customers.
- Review information requirements from all customers.
- Provide complete information to customers upon request.
- Respond to queries within a reasonable timeframe.
- Adhere to statutory compliances including TDS and GST.
- Share data with auditors as required.
- Review existing processes to identify areas suitable for automation.
- Implement automation with digitalization partners.
Qualifications: MBA Finance/CA
Experience: 8-10 years
