Job Title: Finance Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Systems Specialist. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in enhancing financial systems, implementing ERP solutions, and building Power BI dashboards to support real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

About the Role:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.

You will be responsible for documenting workflows, processes, and technical specifications, as well as training finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively, will enable you to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
