Job Title: International Client Engagement & Appointment Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our global client engagement and appointment management team. This is a key role in our organization where you will manage client relationships, coordinate appointments, and ensure seamless execution of leadership visits abroad.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation). They will be comfortable working across different time zones and cultures, and have the ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations, and 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination. They will also have experience with CRM tools, calendar management, and scheduling platforms, and be flexible to travel internationally when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a global client and partner database with updated contacts and engagement history.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips.
- Act as a primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings.
- Ensure smooth preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support leadership in client-facing interactions.
- Track and monitor client communications, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Provide post-visit reports summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
- Support event participation, conferences, and networking opportunities abroad.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
- 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
