Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Political Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our political intelligence unit, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on the Andhra Pradesh political landscape.

Your primary focus will be to provide valuable insights and data-driven recommendations to our clients, helping them make informed decisions in the ever-changing electoral environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor all key political and socio-economic developments in Andhra Pradesh, with a broad understanding of the state's and nation's politics.
  • Conduct rigorous primary research through phone calls, focus group discussions, interviews, and investigative methods to understand the social and political landscape of the region.
  • Utilize secondary research methods to draw up detailed reports and insights on the state and constituencies, conveying past and current political scenarios and developments.
  • Interface with client-side individuals, following all relevant protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to logically structure documents and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with local stakeholders, including influencers and politicians.
  • Basic understanding of politics and the nature of India's democracy.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
