About the role

Our Risk team is at the core of Revolut. We monitor front-line performance and ensure the business is on safe footing.

We're among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from app technology through treasury and finance to customer support.

We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to create the first line of defence for our Private Bank.

Sustainable growth strategies align with operational risk frameworks, taking our risk management procedures to the next level.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify risks in our Private Bank and assess them thoroughly.
  • Design controls and implement them effectively.
  • Develop and test key procedures.
  • Create and review key risk indicators.
  • Register risk events and manage risk incident reports.

What you'll need

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university.
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services.
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management is essential.
  • You should have experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing).
  • You must have previous examples of interpreting and organising complex data.
  • You should have a solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards.
  • You will assume responsibilities quickly.
  • You should have an organised and methodological approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
