We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill a key role in our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of testers, ensuring that all testing strategies are analyzed and refined based on business requirements. A strong understanding of retail business processes, including inventory management and transport management, is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience working with SQL queries and have a proven track record of successfully managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of 5 testers
  • Analyzing and refining test strategies based on business requirements
  • Developing and implementing effective testing processes
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in testing and retail domains
  • Experience in merchandising function
  • Strong knowledge of SQL query building
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
