Brand Strategist Role

As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and executing brand solutions that meet client objectives.

  • You will lead effective ad campaigns for iconic and legacy brands, having thorough knowledge of the plan in hand for accounts under your purview.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Interacting with clients to understand briefs, campaign planning, management, monthly evaluation, and discussing solutions to enhance the brand's position.
  2. Developing monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief, setting timelines for projects basis the brand priorities.
  3. Managing client expectations by keeping them informed on various activities.
  4. Timely reporting of the brand performance to the client as per the pre-decided scope, identifying learnings and implementing suggestions to the strategy basis of the report.
  5. Becoming the primary custodian for the brand when it is an integrated account, simultaneously setting internal processes for efficient team management and workflow.
  6. Managing and overseeing the work of a group of team members to ensure the timely delivery of day-to-day brand requirements.
  7. Providing training support to the team as and when required and providing guidance.
  8. Identifying key performers within the team and mapping out a growth plan and creating a succession plan.
  9. Analyzing data, drawing insights, and making data-driven recommendations.
  10. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and technical teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  11. Ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
  12. Identifying opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services to existing clients.
  13. Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
