As a CDX Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the cloud infrastructure landscape. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge cloud native solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud environments using Microsoft enterprise landing zone concept in Azure. This includes managing Kubernetes clusters on top of Azure AKS, developer tools, and builders library for software engineering teams.

You will work closely with product teams to develop cloud native digital solutions, drive DevOps, SecOps, and SRE practices in software engineering teams, and foster a software engineering culture as part of Platform Engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing solutions using cloud native services (preferably Azure or other cloud provider AWS or GCP).
    • Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or similar roles coming from Software development or system administration background.
      • Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep or similar tools.
      • Deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications using Kubernetes.
      • Proficiency in Kubernetes cluster administration, including setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
        • Container and/or Serverless services in cloud environments.
          • Designing and implementing solutions using cloud native API Gateway and API management services (preferably in Azure or other cloud provider).
            • Writing automation scripts/tools using Bash, Python, JavaScript, Typescript or Go.
              • Understanding of Hub & Spoke architecture.
                • Networking architecture such as DNS, routing, subnet, NAT, CDN, load balancer etc.
                • Azure AD, access management concepts such AD groups, IAM etc.
