Overview:

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Creative Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive creative plans for campaigns and narrations of scripts to clients on behalf of various brands.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to create innovative ideas and showcase creative concepts for pitches.
  • Present creative solutions to clients, ensuring that all work meets high standards of creativity and award-winning quality.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) daily on a range of tasks from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on creative concepts.
  • Break down complex briefs into manageable tasks for junior creatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Oversee revisions based on internal or external feedback and establish realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Engage actively throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product upload, for events, shoots, posts, or other creative expressions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competitors, target audiences, and remain aware of their evolving needs.

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to propose value-added, interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Capacity to manage teams of junior creatives and provide guidance.
  • Strong presentation and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to craft appealing content.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose proactive content and campaigns based on trending conversations.
