**Job Opportunity:** Site Reliability Engineer

SRE Administrator plays a vital role in providing production, operations support and application administration to business and web applications, 3rd party applications and related ecosystems.

The application environment is primarily based on Microsoft technologies, including intranet and extranet applications and 3rd party applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on all types of production support activities, attending help requests, installations, configurations, debugging, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, working on application design and deployment projects, change management and monitoring.

  • Be primarily responsible for providing production, operations support and application administration to business and web applications, 3rd party applications and related ecosystems.
  • Provide technical expertise in administering applications in AWS/Azure cloud with a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Develop strong expertise in Web Server Knowledge - IIS, Apache web server.
  • Gain strong experience with power shell scripts.
  • Understand common network protocols (HTTP, FTP) and SSL along with knowledge of debugging network related issues using various available tools like Wireshark.
  • Apply excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Support ASP/.Net based applications (custom developed and off-the-shelf systems).
  • Implement experience in application security.
  • Fine tune applications for any performance issues.
  • Automate CI/CD deployment of applications.
  • Monitor systems and monitoring methodology effectively.
