Responsibilities of the job include:
- Ideating, brainstorming, and working closely with the account management and creative teams to come up with unique design solutions.
- Using knowledge of graphic design principles to create stunning logos, brand guidelines, product packaging, emailers, catalogues, newsletters, social media posts, carousels, and more.
- Crafting and editing engaging social media videos and reels that capture the audience's attention.
- Applying creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop one-of-a-kind design solutions.
- Taking on various tasks including website/UI, UX design, etc., and delivering high-quality results.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Holding a Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
- Possessing minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design projects, with a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of designs that demonstrate expertise in social media content creation, branding, digital design, and video editing.
- Being proficient in Adobe Creative Design Suite - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Having good video editing skills and a solid understanding of video content creation – social media videos, Instagram reels, stories, etc.
- Demonstrating strong communication, presentation, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
