We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Generative AI and Machine Learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy conversational interfaces leveraging Natural Language Processing techniques to meet business needs in HR, Finance, and Supply Chain operations.
  • Implement contextual AI capabilities to enhance functionality in existing applications, driving user experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions that drive business value.
  • Optimize AI/ML models for peak performance and accuracy, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI techniques and tools, incorporating best practices into project work.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Hands-on experience with conversational interface development and NLP techniques, driving innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ensuring scalability and flexibility.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Supply Chain processes, enabling informed solution design.
  • Understanding of Agentic AI principles, promoting responsible AI development.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
