Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, highly available, scalable, and secure web services.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as React, Redux, GraphQL, and experience with cloud-based solution design, configuration, and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust, highly available, scalable, and secure web services.
  • Lead design and implementation of web services using React, Redux, and GraphQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years technical experience (within financial services industry preferred).
  • Strong experience in leading design and implementation of robust, highly available, scalable, and secure web services.
  • Hands on experience in programming language such as React, Redux, GraphQL.
  • Hands on experience in building, deploying applications using CI & CD tools.
  • Experience in any of the messaging or event driven system.
  • Experience with one or more of the following databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Couchbase, Cassandra, AWS DynamoDB or other NoSQL technologies.
  • Experience in Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience with Source Control Tools – Github or BitBucket.
  • Understanding of SDLC/Agile methodology and the ability to apply them to the development of software.

  • Well versed in any Caching Technique(Redis, Hazlecast, Aerospike).
  • Well versed with the feature toggle.
  • Well versed with Adobe Analytics.
