Community Manager

We seek a Community Manager to foster our global family across social platforms with warmth, engagement, and authenticity.

  • Lead and grow our online community on Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Develop content and maintain groups and communities on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engage daily with followers: respond to messages, comments, and initiate meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to inform future campaigns.
  • Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Excellent written communication and an empathetic voice.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is beneficial.
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is advantageous.
