As a Brand Solutions Professional, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and collaborating with internal teams to support day-to-day account needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media platforms (posting, monitoring, and basic community management) to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and effectively communicate our brand's messaging and values, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for content that resonate with our target audience, aligning with our brand's overall strategy.
  • Assist in maintaining and implementing social media content calendars, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest new content ideas and strategies.
  • Maintain trackers and ensure timely updates to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the design/creative team for execution of creatives and assets, ensuring high-quality visual content.
  • Support day-to-day account requirements, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive reputation.

Requirements:

  • Strong creative flair with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, showcasing a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Experience in management of several social media platforms, with a proven track record of success in engaging audiences and driving results.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, staying ahead of the curve in terms of platform updates and algorithm changes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to commit to a 3-month in-office internship, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the team's success.
