Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of software projects. They ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and guarantee timely delivery.

Acsys International Ltd., a global leader in mechatronics access control, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead its software delivery operations. This full-time on-site role involves working closely with Quality Assurance, Development, and other teams to align customer requirements with Acsys quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively document processes and communicate complex technical information. Strong analytical skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are also essential for this position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Engineers/Architects/Customer Services to ensure usability, reliability, and quality standards
  • Participating in RND meetings to understand business requirements
  • Managing daily scrum calls and ensuring overall quality & timeline is met

Required skills and qualifications include: Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics, strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency in .Net, RDMS, DevOps Environment, automation.
