Quality Assurance Role

Job Description:

The primary responsibility is to guarantee the highest standards of quality and reliability on our flagship mobile franchise. This involves developing and executing tests on new features, tools, and game content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all software functions as intended with exceptional detail and accuracy.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and cases across new and existing game content.
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts.
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries.
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and suggest process improvements.

LiveOps Quality Assurance:

The candidate will ensure quality and stability of all live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms. This includes testing configured Live Events, validating integrated assets, and monitoring issue resolutions.

Feature Quality Assurance:

The ideal candidate will ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations. This involves participating in Feature Sprint Cycles, writing and maintaining Test Plans, and executing tests across environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Ability to work independently in night shifts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
